The upper handle has speckled rust over it. I've included a picture last of the worst area. Please message me for a shipping quote. There is also some rust on the discharge chute see second picture.

I've a few things to this unit include sharpen and balance the blade, replaced both front drive wheels, lubed gears, spark plug declined cylinder head piston gasket. It is side discharge only with the whirlwind deck. The engine and drive system runs flawlessly.

The handle has approximately 5 positions where it can be adjusted to accommodate you height . The drive system has 2 grease berks for periodic maintenance. Here is a 21 Toro self propelled lawn mower. The bagging kit is sold separately.

The lower handle is very good. Overall, this unit is very good and has a lot of mowing life left in it. No area of the upper handle is rusted through or has any holes.

The engine has a primer and starts on first or second pull every time.
