Review CUB CADET Riding Mower Manual Transmission 18hp 50 Deck Runs
I have the missing heat-shields and side panels. This was the biggest model of line wide frames. Tractor has been sitting, the battery is dead and I have not started it since last fall. The clutch disc is worn but still working.
There are a lot of hours on this machine so please expect things to be worn. I can answer any questions or take more pictures if you'd like.
One of the deck attachment points has cracked on and needs to be welded prevent further damage. The creeper assembly is missing making this tractor only 3 speed with reverse instead of original six. Please see all photos to make your best determination on condition. The engine burns some oil on startup and under heavy load.
That being said, this thing is a powerhouse when its up and going. The front bumper appears home made and adds a nice aesthetic touch to protecting valuable grille. I am selling this tractor as-is because it needs work.
The 1806 is an excellent candidate for a great pulling tractor or restoration due to its rarity. Last year the oil pressure switch started leaking so I plugged port and unplugged sensor.
