I fixed that, checked for spark, which was good, and gave it a snort of starting fluid.
I took this machine out of its box and the only thing that seemed wrong with it other than being dirty, was starter rope recoil not pulling back in when pulled. So I gave it a small sip of mix, and started in 2 pulls. To ship eastern states so this one being bigger I would expect cost a bit more, give you some idea.
