Used only on 5 acre grass lawn and always cleaned after every mowing. I owned the smaller 600 series for years at another home with less lawn and decided to go bigger mower this time.

Model 727Tserial hp kosher command pro v-twin engine 61 deck with electric powerfold that allows you to clean the grass out after mowing. Also, I will have available to the high bidder a single axle trailer purchased with this mower, that has maybe 100 miles on it, plastic dump wagon and cart hose reel hook up back for very good buy if wanted.

Its great and I love mowing with it, but just don't have the time or youth to handle it anymore. 1 hours purchased new gallon fuel tank dual element air cleaner roll over protection fixed rips. And of course shipping is not free but it wouldn't let me complete the listing until I chose. All factory manuals and manual deck adjust hardware that was removed by the dealer to install powerfold.

Mower is exercised every 6 months since I quit mowing with it and the oil changed more frequently. Wonderful mower, but mowing and trimming a 5 acre home just took too much energy I had business to run, so we hired it out. Nothing used more than a few times.
