Cash is king. The 23hp Kawasaki v-twin engine does not burn oil or leak oil, it starts and runs great.

To many people call the day after it is taking down off asking what happened mower. When we tell them sold they get pissed. This mower needs nothing but grass to cut.

It was only used to cut the grass around clubhouse.

This mower was owned by a small golf club, not used landscaper. Maybe 2 acres once a week.

We just did a complete service on the mower, changed all filters and fluids with oem parts new spark plugs, hydro filter fluid, atomic gator blades, throttle choke cables, old cables were tight in our show room, plus catcher. If I had to guess this mower sat more than it ran.
