The plastic loop at top of bag is broken and has been wired together, it works well this way.
It was my fathers and used up until app. The cutting width is 21 inches.
This comes with a bag, mulching plate, the operators manual, and side discharge plate. The self propelled works well. I took it out, put gas in it, primed and started on the second pull.
