Review LAWN BOY 2-cycle Vintage Propelled Mower Aluminum Deck

The blade is in excellent condition has been sandblasted, and painted with epoxy paint, then sharpened balanced. The mower requires a gas oil mix ratio of 32:1. I completely took the 21 aluminum deck apart, removed all hardware, sandblasted it, repainted with epoxy paint.

Engine has 122 lbs of compression. I have installed new metal rimmed oil seals on the crankshaft, 1 smaller self-propelled seal by PTO shaft, primer bulb line, air cleaner, rj12c spark plug, and blade nut. This has the reliable metal Alberio carburetor which means no leaks when you leave gas valve on. This can mow steep slopes ditches with no problem because it won't starve of oil.

I greased the casters gear box on self-propelled so it is ready to go. This is a light weight mower powerful one at that. This comes with the mulch plate side discharge plates. The engine starts right up with 1-2 pulls and runs strong.

The deck has only minimal pitting on it and no cracks. Up for bids is a refurbished 1987 model year Lawn-boy 2-cycle self-propelled mower. All parts are new old stock MC.
