I unfortunately don't have the room for it any longer and better half has asked that be sold. Ultra rare vintage believed to be 70s era Southland Mower Corp. The late owner had always kept the Mower covered in his two car garage and I would often see him hosing it off after each use. The Mower has blemishes, paint chips, and a nick in the deck see photos but is overall very nice shape for its age my humble opinion.

Push Mower with 3.5HP Tecumseh Engine. I wouldn be surprised if it is indeed original to Mower as its very heavy and you can tell he sharpened a handful of times. It is the only one of its kind I was able to find anywhere online. If you prefer it be delivered, I will select the most affordable shipping option for your area as this Mower is not light and need plenty of packing material.

You would be hard pressed to find another one just like it anywhere else. I asked him to keep the original blade so still have that as well and can include with sell too. I was told he completely rebuilt the carburetor, replaced priming bulb as mentioned earlier and tuned it up. The Mower would be great for a collector or anyone that wants to have the most unique push on block.

I payed a small Engine repair mechanic $125 to completely go through it - had asked him keep as original physically possible and he said the only thing that's not on that change out other than spark plug, filter, etc your typically tune up parts was priming bulb which can be seen in photos. He had a very small lawn to upkeep and this did the trick just fine for him. He also installed a brand new blade on it as well.
