I am not a mechanic. When it does start working the hydraulics are quite loud and slow to respond. This is a YouTube link s: youth. The hydraulic steering and or drive need attention very soon.

The motor starts right up is in very good condition. When the unit is started right steering arm not responsive for up to 60 seconds left getting a little slow as well.

My thinking is it may have filter issues and not getting fluid until warms up. Glow plug works fine and it will start right up in the dead of winter. Most it seems start fine and get weaker as you drive until stops.

I purchased it when had 750 hours on the meter. I purchased this mower from a nearby city in 2008 and have been mowing with it since. You'll want to purchase this understanding it needs be repaired.

It now has this seems different than the problems I read online about drive. The present issues started last year.

On the other hand it may have issues that are expensive to fix. After a few laps it has quietened considerably and is responsive as you can see in the YouTube video.
