Manual says its a deck. I think it had been setting for a few years. The PTO cone clutch and trans box has just been rebuilt.
Trans gears where chewed up. It still leaks a little hydro fluid but everything is in good working order. One of the last years for an Allis. Its now running good.
I bought this a few months ago non running. It was a fun little project. PTO spring had clasped and bearings were seized. Starts right up and mows great.
It had carb mid trans issues.
