The seat padding is coming apart from the seat frame all tires are holding air, the pumps appear to be in good condition and there was no water or other foreign items in the hydraulic fluid. The mower was running fine but when the red river flooded last year this got caught in it. The unit will need a new deck belt, PTO clutch and engine pulley. This mower only has 38 hours in it.

The units deck lift system works as it should there are signs of rust as the pictures show. The unit sat in water up to about 10 inches deep for an unknown amount of time. There are blades on the unit but I do believe they need replacing. Neither is there salvation in any other for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.
