Never had gas in tank, oil crankcase, battery hooked up, or key put ignition. Has 17hp Kawasaki engine. Best described as new old stock inch mower that the belts have never been installed. Mower never hooked to the Power unit.

Mower is new with some scratches from storage. Mower has never been used but is some years old. One crack in the plastic belt cover shown picture. Does not hurt performance.
