Details:

It will have a brand new battery which I will buy and put in the day of sale. This is a lx 266 John Deere riding lawnmower. I have done lots of research on a price and all that I have found have 500 hours on them and are around the range. The only issues at all are old tires and the crack on the front bumper which a brand new oem one costing I also thought about replacing tires but if I do and it doesn't sell quickly then the new tires will just sit.

I am willing to replace it if it sells and buyer wants me too. It has a 42 mower deck. It is not one that was put together from a box, it has the solid frame and is compatible with all attachments it has a tow hook for trailers etc.

It Hans't been used much so the battery has definitely suffered. I keep it tightly covered under a tarp all fall and winter.

The seat is in perfect shape i've always noticed people's older tractors have destroyed seats and it is an adjustable seat. And the front bumper was cracked last year which is a 40 part and just a few quick bolts. The wheels are fine.

The lights, hour gauge, and all other controls work flawlessly. Headlights, cruise control, the twin touch automatic transmission, beer holder I mean cup holder, and it is from a local John Deere distributor. This tractor cost brand new and despite its age 119 hours is nothing I am also factoring in the roughly 200 for 2 tires and the bumper in my asking price. It does need 2 tires they hold air for a few hours and could possibly be plugged but I think replacements are needed.
