Included are two manuals and brand new fan belt also. 48 inch cut. 1 brand new back tire. Shaft driven.

Could use front tires but they still do the job. 3 cylinder diesel possible trade for 72 inch cut. Heavy duty mower. Selling because I need a larger cut.
