Tractor is in great shape. I think the choke cable is not engaging as to why its hard start when cold. It was a trade in last year and i'm not going to touch.
Know where the tractor is located before buying. The mower deck runs even in off position.

Will need work to be put back in service. The belt on mower may be too small thus why runs all time. No battery.
