The seat has a few cracks and is faded. Also has a brand new Napa battery and I am throwing in an extra belt for the mower deck. One of the spindles has had teeth worn flat, but it functions fine as long you tighten down nut really well. Blades have a lot of nicks, so could be due for new ones before too long.
This is a 2012 Cub Cadet ltx 1050KW with about 325 hours on it. It has had all the annual maintenance services performed this month: new air filter pre filter, oil change, filter, spark plugs, blades sharpened, grease fittings topped off. Engine hood has various scuffs and scratches, but mostly cosmetic. The good: engine has been well maintained throughout its life, so it starts and runs great.
Basically, you get a really nice mower that will do great job on your lawn just with some wear and cosmetic blemishes. The not as good: mower deck has a few cracks around mounts, which don't seem to impact functioning. It sports a 23hp Kawasaki engine and 50 mower deck.
