Details:

Its ready to cut grass. It has total time of 75 hrs on the machine since new. Also, theres a new oil filter and 2 qts. I actually have a title from Exmark for this machine.

The blades are sharpened and a full service has been done. This baggier does not work for wet grass as it will clog. This machine rides like a dream.

Of engine oil. I'm selling my 2013 zero turn Exmark with a 20 hp Kawasaki engine and has 52 cutting deck. This is a pick-up only. The transmissions and oil filters have been serviced.

I bought it brand new and just don't have a big enough yard to keep. Theres also a set of mulching blades to go with it. I also had installed a deluxe Exmark seat which is full suspension and has rubber mountings on.
