The pro one sulky that's included is very easy to use. This last fall I installed a new belt for the blades, spark plug, air cleaner, oil change and greased berks.
This does come from a smoke free home. This was always garaged kept also. They are cheap to replace anyway.
The motor is a 14HP kohler command pro it runs very strong and doesn use oil. This mower runs and cuts excellent needs nothing.

Overall this does have the normal wear and scratches but is in very good shape considering its age.
