When I watched the short video I knew exactly what to do. It looks in new shape. Item condition new other open box retail return buying an open box product or tested and inspected retail return gives you a chance to own the item you want at a price lower than you can get elsewhere. All you do is connect three sets of hand wing screws to assemble the handle, then place the handle to the base holding it in place with a couple of e rings all included.

When I inspected the device and tried to understand it from the instructions I was frustrated. It looks like it might have been played with a little, but not assembled. The YouTube name is how to assemble a Scotts classic reel mower. On occasion the original retail packaging may become slightly distressed from handling.

Which is better than the instructions. This is the newer version with less assembly.
