Details:

I do not know of one these anywhere that is in better original condition. The hood hinges are another issue known to occur, and I mended them also. Price is firm. I made a metal plate to go over the steering and switch panel, one crack had been addressed already when bought machine 7 years ago.

As is common with these machines, there have been some issues cracking of the dash tower. These machines are very difficult to find in this condition. The pulley enclosure was wire brushed down and then primed coated with truck bed spray 3 pt electric lift is strong works perfectly new battery recent front tires. This is my 1977 SS18.

The engine runs strong with no leaks. It has its original paint on the hood, body, fenders and engine. I also greased the bearings and sharpened blades. It was well made and shows in how looks runs for its age.

I have repainted the wheels and redone mower deck, with a new belt, spring, one replacement spindle.
