I have owned it since 1994, and only used on my own property. I've only used it over the years on my lawn. The motor is excellent, runs like new. To just buy a comparable motor, would cost about $2,000.

This is a heavy duty commercial 48 zero turn mower. It has run about twenty minutes per week during the eight or so months of mowing season. The motor has been flawlessly maintained over the years and runs like new. It originally had a fourteen horsepower Kawasaki, I purchased brand new twin cylinder Kawasaki FH 500 about twenty years ago.

Hydraulically driven by two pumps, and wheel motors. Note: The sulky hook up on the back of mower is NOT INCLUDED. In conclusion, I really don't need this mower, and can easily mow my lawn with a small push mower. There are many good usable parts, including the tires, pumps, pulleys, etc.

I have replaced the motor. It has quite a few holes in the deck. I would hose it off after every use, but time and rust never stops.
