Details:

The seat has been repaired at the hole. The rear hitch is missing.

There is no engine or fuel tank. At some time in the past the steering on this tractor was changed. No warranty. The bolts used as set screws have had the ends tapered to resist mushrooming.

The frame was modified to use parts from a 1960 or 1961 model steering system. I recently installed a new adjustable steering link. This old tractor is mostly complete but has lots of miles on it.

Those 2 model's were virtually the same. You get the advantage of the newer model gear reduction steering ratio that was not present on the model's. The rear of the tool box has been repaired.

This actually works pretty well. The left front tire holds some air but is split in 2 places that you can see in the pictures. This is a 1958 Wheel Horse RJ58 or a 1959 Wheel Horse RJ59. There are some rust pits in the seat surface.

Both axle key slots are damaged so each hub has an extra set screw installed. See all the pictures for more details. The clutch, brake band, and linkage all work OK.

The weld can be seen on the inside only and is shown in one of the close up pictures. Both rear rims good. The clutch arm has been repaired at some time in the past.

It appears to have been rebuilt at some point because the seal behind the input pulley looks like it was replaced. It shifts easily. The right front tire holds air but has lots of age cracks. The seat is solidly mounted and usable.

This can be seen in one of the close up pictures. The axle bushings were probably replaced because the axles don't have much slop like these older tractors usually have. Both fuel tank straps appear to be in good condition as can be seen in one of the close up pictures. The transmission works in all gears.

The decal on this one is missing so there is no way to tell which it was. Both rear tires are usable, and hold air, but have cracks from age. The rear section of the hood has been removed at some time in the past.
