Diesel engines are known for their durability and longer lifespan, which makes this mower a suitable investment for large properties.
2. Commercial-grade construction: The XWD2600 is built to handle heavy usage. Its robust frame, high-capacity hydrostatic transmission, and heavy-duty components ensure long-lasting performance and reliability.
3. 60-inch cutting deck: The large cutting deck allows for faster mowing, covering more ground in less time. It also reduces the number of passes required to mow the lawn, saving time and fuel.

I only mow 3/4 of an acre 1/2 hr a week for 5 months I purchased it from friend who had bought the original owner. Its been stored inside its whole life.I have never had a problem with this mower. The motor runs very strong and does not use ANY oil between changes. I've since changed out the tires.
Right now it has all the oil and filters changed, completely greased blades sharpened. Its ready to do work.I am selling it because my wife has become sensitive smells and does not like the diesel. The gentleman I bought it from had a part time commercial business and said he only used this mower for backup then didn like using because aggressive tires tore up yards when turned. I put blades on it, greased it regular and changed the oil every year.
The hour meter say 488. 2001 Dixie Chopper XWD2600 Diesel 60 Deck23hp 3 cylinder. The original owner was said to have mowed a barn lot with it whatever that means. I've had this mower 10 years and put approximately 100 hours on it in that time.
So he said it just stayed at his house in the shed mainly. The carpet is still in good shape and the seat isn worn out those are both high wear items so hours could be correct.I was told from guy I indirectly knew that bought it had no issues needed nothing he right. He stressed that he very rarely used it. I can say that the mower still has no issues know of.
