You can turn it over by hand. The magneto parts under flywheel cover are missing. The other is probably usable but has a sidewall crack where it was sitting flat. Sold as-is.
The transmission is not locked up. It rolls easily and appears to shift OK. It was bought at an offer so I don't know the history of. No warranty.
The throttle lever that should be on dash is missing. The exhaust pipe is missing. Two of the small holes near seat are torn square. It does not run and is missing some parts.
See all the pictures for more details. It has the original engine. Cash at pickup is accepted Bolens Ride-a-matic garden tractor for parts or restoration.
One rear tire looks usable. The engine is not locked up. This is a 1961 Bolens Ride-a-matic garden tractor, type number, serial both front tires are bad.
The carburetor and air cleaner are missing.
